Go back to the original version of Gmail

Did you just install Mailflow but can’t see any of the projects or the buttons?

Or did you upgrade to the newest Gmail layout, and suddenly Mailflow stopped working?

The problem is caused by the new Gmail layout that’s currently rolling out.

This guide will show you how to get Mailflow working again.

The problem

Mailflow is a Chrome extension that inserts itself into the code of Gmail, but the new version of Gmail has minor changes in the code, causing Mailflow to fail.

We are working to solve this issue for all of our users. While waiting, you should roll back to the original version of Gmail to get Mailflow working correctly.

How to go back to the original version of Gmail:

Step 1 – Click the settings icon at the top right corner.

Step 2 – Select “Go back to the original Gmail view”

Select “Go back to the original Gmail view”

Step 3 – Refresh your Gmail tab. Mailflow should now be working correctly.

Click the refresh icon in your address bar
