To collaborate around an email thread, you must first add it to a shared project. All sharing and collaboration in Mailflow happen inside projects.
By gathering your emails in shared projects, you can easily share and sync them with people on your team, so you’ll avoid CCs, FWDs, duplicate email threads, and accidentally sending the wrong email to the client.
Step 1 – Add it to a project.
Step 2 – Open the project and click the Share button.
If someone deletes or removes an email thread from a project, that thread will be removed from the project, but remain in the inbox of the original owner of that thread.
