How does Mailflow’s pricing work?

Mailflow is charged per team member. If you are using the free plan, you can add as many team members as you want for free. When you are on the professional plan you are charged per team member. Guest members are free. A guest is someone outside your company email domain or in a different team.

Is Mailflow free to use?

Absolutely! Mailflow is free to use up until 25 email threads. If you need a higher limit, you can always upgrade to the professional plan.

What happens when I meet my usage limit?

If you meet your email thread limit, you’ll still be able to access your workspaces, but you can’t add any more threads to Mailflow.

What’s counted as an email thread in Mailflow?

An email thread is a list of emails with the same subject. In Gmail these are normally listed in conversation view on one page. New replies to emails you have sent does not count toward your limit.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, there is no minimum contract for Mailflow. When you cancel your professional plan, you will remain on the plan to the end of the billing cycle. After that you will be switched to the free plan.

Do you offer refunds?

If you purchased by accident or simply find that Mailflow is not living up to your expectations, you can request your money back within 30 days. Send an email to hello@getmailflow.com with a short explanation of why you need to cancel in order to request your money back.
