Mailflow is charged per team member. If you are using the free plan, you can add as many team members as you want for free. When you are on the professional plan you are charged per team member. Guest members are free. A guest is someone outside your company email domain or in a different team.
Absolutely! Mailflow is free to use up until 25 email threads. If you need a higher limit, you can always upgrade to the proffesional plan.
If you meet your email thread limit, you’ll still be able to access your workspaces, but you can’t add any more threads to Mailflow.
An email thread is a list of emails with the same subject. In Gmail these are normally listed in conversation view on one page. New replies to emails you have sent does not count toward your limit.
Yes, there is no minimum contract for Mailflow. When you cancel your proffesional plan, you will remain on the plan to the end of the billing cycle. After that you will be switched to the free plan.
If you purchased by accident or simply find that Mailflow is not living up to your expectations, you can request your money back within 30 days. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a short explanation of why you need to cancel in order to request your money back.
